What a wonderful week of sunshine but we have had little rain in the north of england for months. The water butts are empty and we are using the hose as sparingly as possible. I'm now wondering why I planted so many pots this year with flowers. The veggie patches seem to be coping with the drought conditions though. Lets hope we get some rain soon to fill all those water butts. Enjoy your garden for the rest of the week.
